well holey moley its been a while , I hope everyone had a good christmas and survived the new yr festivities.
Now Im in Oz Im looking for a new cnc workshop to get the trucks rolling again.
I have a few sets available at $350.00 USD
man Im not so used to the heat here but lov`n the fact that you can go skate anytime all be it only for a short time before Im sweating like a little piggy LOL.
I can see why the Ozzy guys ride so well with all this smooth tarmac around and new suberbs to have fun in.
Im pleased to say the Jackson Shaperia (rayne) is hav`n fun on the kookytrucks and has discovered the 180s to be as stable and just as good as the 200s .
one of the Oz crew from Brisbane had a heavy impact crash while on the Kookys , thankfully he was ok,
he reported to me that the trucks after having a wheel pushed right up over the hanger had no damage. He said only the first thread of the axle had to be filed a little to replace with a new nut.
I think that was one of the best things Ive heard , both rider and trucks came out unscathed.
with the trucks being made from 7075 allu and having hardened steel axles Im sure this made the difference between busted gear or not.
Im looking forward to riding with the Ozzy guys and gaining new friends while learning from them at the same time .
hope all your roads a long and smooth
cheers Paul
